"Ambra Hotel is simply wonderful! A beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of Cortina! Shopping, dining and any ski need is all within a short walking distance. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and no expense was spared in the remodeling / building. The staff are very attentive! You must stop and have Matteo, the “mixologist”, prepare a drink for you. He is quite skilled and shares fun stories. Bottom line, it’s a must-stay when visiting Cortina d’ Ampezzo. They have a sister property in Venice as well that we will have to explore on our next visit to Italy. "

"We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. We walked to several must-see places and restaurants in a great location. Getting the Brixen card for our stay was great; it gave us access to tourist places. It was very convenient to park our car in the hotel garage. The hotel offers several amenities that make the stay even more pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Thank you! "
