This is slightly dated hotel and the bathroom set up is unfriendly with a step into the bathroom and a huge step into the shower. The bed felt like a tiny double. "Large building hidden atop of hill at the end of a cul den sac with fantastic views looking at onto the ocean as you walk out of the reception. A quick walk up the steps outside the front of the hotel and you can see for miles out on the sea front. Hotel itself well looked not a 4 or 5 star but good if your on a budget the rooms are basic but clean. The bar restaurant area is probably the best most up-to-date modern part of the hotel. Well stocked bar and I didn't eat any of the set menu but...

"Breakfast was as good if not better than many of the top hotels. The lighting in the room (121) was too dim. The bathroom did not have enough flat surfaces to hold all the toiletries. Staff were excellent and very attentive. I would use the hotel again and would recommend it highly."

"Not quite sure it meets 5 star standard. Room space is lovely, plush and beds super comfy. Bathroom quite basic but shampoo etc provided. Spa ok but could with refurb now as facilities dated. One if the steam rooms out of order. Large glass door smashed and awaiting repair. Loungers by pool were soggy and stank. Lifts up to the spa all out of order Breakfast was the highlight. Ok hotel but nothing special. "
