This 3 bedroom, 2 bath European-style, where you will live and enjoy your best vacations yet. If you are a boatman, you will have excellent use of the canal front home, with the option of dock usage at the property. Here you will find features streamlined furnishings, granite bathrooms with rain showers, an updated kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances, an open living area, terracotta tile and wood floors, a heated pool* a boat dock available but no lift, room for 1 car in the garage and private beach access. Perfect for big families, this spacious vacation home is large enough to accommodate up to 12 with 2 king bedroom suites, 2 queen beds in the third bedroom, a queen Murphy bed, and sleeper sofas.

As nature lovers, you might want to travel with your furry friends, and this is the home for you, as it is pet-friendly and will accept larger pets, because they deserve a good vacation as well.  Country Club Shores are located on the bay side of the key but do have deeded beach access across the street. There is a crosswalk outside the subdivision that will take you across Gulf of Mexico Drive. The access is at the end of Longboat Key Golf Course and the beginning of the Beachplace Complex.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. One side of the garage is available for guest use since Jet Ski(not for guest use) is parked inside.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
