The living area boasts ample space and abundant natural light streaming through large windows. Furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a large smart TV (with cable included).
★Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features newer appliances: a large fridge, dishwasher, stovetop with oven, microwave and cooking utensils.
A new sponge, dish soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent to get you started are included.
★Dining:
The round dining table is located next to the open kitchen and comfortably seats 6.
★Bedrooms:
The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, nightstands, a smart Tv, a walk-in closet and master en-suite bathroom.
The 1st guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, nightstands with lamps, a desk with printer and smart tv (cable included), as well as a closet.
The 2nd guest bedroom is without a window, it has a Queen-sized bed with a dresser and nightstands with lamps.
Bedding & linens are included.
★Bathrooms:
The master bathroom is connected to the master bedroom. It has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
Towels, a blow dryer and essential soap products are included.

★Important Notes & Rules:
This rental requires approval from the Home Owners Association (HOA), which involves an application with background & credit check. Processing can take up to 30 days upon receipt of fully & correctly submitted application. The $150 application fee is included in the booking fee.
No pets, no exceptions.
Use pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
Residence is located close to the ocean. Supervise children at all times.
No parties and non-smoking.
AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F.
Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
