As you plan your stay, please note that a refundable $250 security hold will be taken at the time of check-in. Additionally, be aware that steps are needed to access the cottage, adding a touch of elevation to your coastal retreat.
100% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date, minus the $95 cancellation fee.
50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
All canceled reservations are charged at minimum the $95 cancellation fee.
