"5 star experience staying at this location. I will stay here again when I return to Cortina. Anything in the room that we had a question about or needed help with, the hotel staff responded immediately. "Amazing, amazing property. One of a kind view, big table for working and eating, free toiletries. It was the best property we stayed in during our 3-week Italy trip. The staff were so easy to contact, as well - very warm and friendly. It was the perfect place for us to recuperate after a particularly exhausting drive."

When we went to check in (right at check-in time) they said the room was not ready yet and to come back in 20 minutes. At first, they were bit overwhelmed as I am unsure how often they host that many people, but the hosts were friendly and always were available for us.
