"Everything was excellent. Really good communication before arrival with video's of how to get in and where to go. Location is perfect for exploring all the wonderful city of Bologna has to offer, literally in the main square. Windows didn't let any street noise in and room was clean and very big. Would definitely come back the next time we visit."

"I felt I was being dealt with rather than treated as a guest during check-in and out procedures. The amenities were okay; there were only a few bathrooms for many people, and one didn't even work. This is the first hostel I've seen with a kitchen, and no one can use it. I couldn't even fill up my water bottle. Its location is excellent, and it's decent enough if you're only using it to sleep."

"We were given a very friendly welcome by Jerome who let us into the building and to our studio apartment as well as explaining everything and giving directions to the city attractions. "Our stay - We advised them what time we would arrive; no body there to greet us. The owner's Mom was very kind, helped check us in, but clearly this isn't her job. The room. Dirty. "It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "
