"The apartment contains 2 bedrooms. One of which is small and claustrophobic with vey tiny beds. Being a very petite person myself I had difficulty fitting in those tiny beds. Temperature, cleanliness and decor need improvement. Design o f the night tables are hazardous. Sharp metal sheets. Insufficient towels, unresponsive host."

"Propriétaire très sympathique. Immeuble sûr, parking privé fermé. Bon appartement, peut accueillir 4 personnes. Bien exposé, du coup pas trop chaud en fin de journée. Disponibilité pour l’accueil et le départ, séjour parfait. Près des facs, facilité d’accès par périphérique ce qui met le centre ville accessible comme les alentours (1h30 de la mer !) Je recommande, aussi bien pour court séjour que pour séjour long."

The apartment is lived in, therefore everything works well , the kitchen the pantry, are stocked really well. "Terrific! Fantastic location, clean, exactly as represented. The bedroom loft is not tall, I’m 5’ 6” and barely cleared the ceiling, my husband had to duck. No air conditioning, which we Americans are surprised about, but they had large fans and we were super comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a very nice apartment: very well located, impressively pretty, clean & comfortable, very good for the price. However the check-in process was quite confusing—instead of written texts/instructions (the host knew we read French) a series of photos ultimately led us to our place, and there were no written instructions about anything in the apartment, in any language. Other than communication & maybe more flexibility about check-in & check-out though, I recommend it."

"The river is just out the door, the beautiful Pont Neuf is a stones throw away and it is an easy walk to the major attractions. A free shuttle bus to down town is a block away. Wish we could have stayed longer. The room is comfortable, a little dark in the evening but well supplied with cooking utensils and the microwave is in an interesting location. Reachable with supplied stool."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment, while compact, was very cozy and well equipped. Having 2 bathrooms/showers was a nice perk. It was very clean and looked just like the listing pictures. The stairs inside may be tricky for older people, but our kids loved going up and down them. "A warm welcome and able to access room early which was brilliant as we were very tired and it was very wet weather. We loved the well equipped kitchenette in the room so we could cook dinner during our stay. Lift from outside car park up to reception wasn’t working but main lift in hotel up to rooms was fine. "
