"The lodge had been double booked so another family was already settled into the lodge when I arrived with my two children and family dog. My sister and brother in law arrived from a long journey from Oxford shortly after with their dog. We were planning to celebrate a special birthday and wanted this quite stay after our recent family bereavement. This was extremely disappointing to say the least. "We had a great 2 night stay over Christmas. The pod is clean, cosy and warm and has everything you need for a short stay. The hot tub was amazing and the host was welcoming and helpful."

"Arrived to a great holiday pod. We could get entry straight away. There was teabags, coffee and sugar provided and some fresh milk. Enough to have a drink whilst unpacking and settling in and more! The team were only too happy to help and advise about all things which was really good. Hot tub, just what we needed to relax and recuperate after long walks and to just be. Asked not to play music outside the pod meant we could hear the natural music clearly, and you didn't impose on your neighbours...

"The staff where lovely ,the food delicious especially breakfast, the resteraunt and bar area was very nice. The problem was our accomodation location, which was in the annexe if you have mobility issues there is a short very steep path down to it so we had to use car to get up and down to the main building other than it was a perfect stay we wii be back We will ve returning for another stay"
