"We very much appreciated them accommodatinf us after a notch reservation at a different place in town. Unfortunately they only had a queen room and there were 4 of us, but they offered air mattresses. One air mattress must have had a hole. While it wasn't the most comfortable for that reason, we were still very grateful to have had them be so great with customer service. "
