Enjoy the keys with so many offerings at this one of a kind house in a private gated community with 24 hour security.. This house is located on the bay with your own private sunsets in your backyard. You have your own private putting and chipping green. Golf cart, Grilll, full size fridge inside and 2 outdoor fridges, washer/dryer. Outdoor Resorts is a unique community with so many amenities to offer. Gated community, onsite heated pool, private beach, gym, sauna, onsite grocery store and marina that has everything you need. There is even a gas station on site for your vehicle and on the water. There are activities available from tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, ping pong, billiards, bocce ball and basketball. Once you get in you have so much to do rarely need to even leave. Centrally located between Islamorada and Marathon its 20 minutes to either city.

Lastly boat slips maybe available to use, inquire when looking to book. Nearby boat rental also.
