The house has all the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space and a big backyard with Gazebo to spend time with friends and family while having BBQ. Its located 800 ft the closest Dunking donuts and many others stores and 1 mile to the closest beach Seven presidents ocean front beach. About 1.5 miles to Pier Village. FIRST FLOOR:
Large kitchen with full range appliances, bar area, breakfast nook, and coffee station ( both keurig & classic coffee pot) Some pods provide
Kitchen w/ sitting, dishwasher,, refrigerator, stove, oven, toast,all the type of cooking equipment.
Dining room with a large table and enough seats for everyone.
Living room with couch and a 75” smart TV.
Full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom with queen bed.
Landry room.
SECOND FLOOR
Master bedroom with a KING size bed.
Bedroom with 2 twin beds.
Bedroom with queen bed.
Full bathroom with tub and with 2 doors. One door leads to the king bedroom and the other door to the hallway.

Beautiful balcony with seating area to enjoy a BBQ with family and friends.
