"Location was great and comfortably accommodated 12 and overall we had a nice long weekend on LBI. Unfortunately, the fridge had dead fish smell and the 2 bedrooms in downstairs basement had a musty smell. Many of the windows did not have screens or had ripped screens so limited the number of windows we could open on some very nice days. The window shades were not in good shape but did function"
