"We're just finishing up a full-blown remodel from top to bottom and some imperfections remain, mostly in the landscaping.

While the vacation rental may not be perfect, it is much cheaper than others on the market if you are willing to overlook a few things.


Just 1.5 miles from the sandy shores, this two-bedroom, two-bath house is the perfect retreat for your next coastal getaway. Our house is the ideal base for exploring the peninsula and all it has to offer.

A Home Away From Home

Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with a 75” high-definition TV, perfect for relaxing after a day spent soaking up the sun. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, making cooking a breeze—especially since my wife is a chef! You'll find all the necessary spices and condiments to whip up a delicious meal.

The two comfortable bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a long day of beach activities. One bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for families with two kids. Get a restful night's sleep and wake up refreshed to start another day in paradise.

Outside: Embrace the Coastal Breeze

Step outside to savor the fresh ocean air on the outdoor patio. With a Louisiana Grill pellet BBQ, (you can buy pellets at the local Ace store.

Enjoy the rumbling sound of the ocean in the distance as you grill up your favorite dishes and create lasting memories by the sea.

Parts of the double wide's interior were okay. Parts were clearly unfinished. We used only the interior spaces. One thing that is stuck in my mind is one o9of the pillows on the master bed absolutely stunk.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it was still under renovation, the home was spacious and clean. The newly remodeled kitchen was very large and well-stocked. The living room was comfortable and also spacious in size. We appreciated the covered carport right outside the front door, which allowed us to access the home without being in the rain during the wet weather. The neighborhood as we approached the home felt a bit sketchy, but we had no issues during our stay and the area immediately around the home felt fine. There were a lot of positives about this home, which we expect will only increase as the owners complete the renovations.

Quiet Perfection
My family and I stayed for 2 nights while on a two week road trip. The quiet of the neighborhood paired with its close proximity to all the tourist attractions we wanted to explore was perfection. The property is clean. There are renos however we were aware and everything inside was exactly what we needed. We would absolutely stay again.
