Loved the house and loved the location. Neighborhood was great and conducive to a dog. The house itself was so quaint and loved the big backyard. Would definitely stay here again!
I had a great time sharing a weekend with family that live in NC. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed the complimentary coffee pods. The grill was a little too hot, and we ended up burning our hamburgers, but were able to cook them inside instead! We were near all the stores we needed, so the location was great.
This property had everything we needed. We didn't need to stay on the beach because we were going on a fishing trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and appliances. After a long day of fishing we were able to come back to the property and relax. No worries about anything.
Very nice. My two siblings that are left (there were 8 of us) one fromTexas (he will be 94)
and one from Ohio (she will be 90) met there. It was perfect! One floor, round table to sit around and talk about old times. We enjoyed it so much.
This property was perfect for my family of 8 on our first visit to Long Beach/ Gulfport area. Grandpa lives around the corner from this house, so it was convenient to his house and the beach. The beds were comfortable and my little kids argued over who would take the top bunk. The ceiling fans could use a little TLC and the toilet in the master bathroom was perfect for my 5 and 3 year old, but it seemed a bit small for anyone else, but other than some small stuff, this house is very convenient to everything the area has to offer.
This was the perfect home for my visit with kids and grandkids. I could cook and we had plenty of room to visit. The Christmas tree made it homier. Home is clean and stocked with towels and whatever was needed to cook in. We will be back.
Very Nice House - Great communication with Property Owners
Very nice house. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The only issue we noticed was that the carpet in the bedrooms has stains because it is light carpeting. Property owners are super friendly and very very responsive. Absolutely would recommend this house and would stay here again!
I need of a layover residence as I move my things from Virginia to Pass Christian, where I am building a home, this Long Beach house provided safe and comfortable harbor for the travel weary.
I will repeat this moving of things journey over the next months and will certainly consider this home again.
The Villa on Third was so amazing. The host was a gem from minute one and everything in between. Spotless, beautiful, peaceful. We wanted to stay forever and will definitely be back. This is full of light, whimsical and unique coastal decor, and has everything to make a stay awesome. Walk to the beach, downtown, several great restaurants and places for drinks as well as an amazing bakery literally across the street. If you are also lucky enough to stay here, you will also never want to leave!
This house was great for 2 families from out of state to get together for a few days! The kids had a blast. I loved that there were 2 bunk beds in 1 room to give the kids plenty of room to play and sleep. It was far too hot to actually spend much time outside but the backyard looked like a great place for the kids to run around while the adults relaxed (at least when the temperature is below 100 degrees!!). We had a great time getting our 2 families together after many years of not seeing them! We can’t wait to do it again!
Overall, we were happy with the house -- thank you! I was disappointed when I reached out after a serious accident occured in the family five days or so before our stay but never heard back for a couple of days. I'm not disappointed that you couldn't honor a refund, but I was disappointed that I didn't heard back right away as it forced my family to make decisions without knowing all the facts.
There were some things that need to be fixed. The master toilet and there was mold in the shower. I called and they offered to bring over some items that were missing which was nice of them. The patio furniture around the table was completely broken.

Just okay
The house needs a lot of updates. The carpet and furniture cushion were stained and looked dirty. The house is also not in a great neighborhood. We ran out of toilet paper and other supplies, so I would suggest bringing your own supplies. No air freshener for bathrooms and very little shower gel/shampoo was available. Not the greatest, but all-in-all we still enjoyed ourself. Checking in and out was simple.
Our family had a wonderful vacation! This house was both beautiful and so practical for our family. My husband and I brought our 5 children and we were so grateful that this house was set up to host a family. Our four older children were happy about their bedroom with 2 large bunkbeds and I myself was thankful there was a crib for our baby in the master bedroom. The backyard was fun and safe for us to run and play in. While we did enjoy eating seafood out on one of our nights in town, we were impressed by the fully stocked kitchen that we were able to cook and make Christmas goodies in. (The hostess had also provided some extra items like dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, extra trashbags... which was thoughtful and kind.) The location was also great, it was just minutes away from the beach, Gulfport, and Biloxi. We would gladly return again for another stay!
