Charming Private Home - 1 block walk to the beach, 4 blocks from city center.

The adorable home, with a very beach/coastal theme, is located with-in minutes to the sand and ocean (only1000 yards away) on a walking trail directly across the street. It's also conveniently located only a few blocks from the core of the cute town of Long Beach and only 5 miles from the beautiful Port of Ilwaco.
This home is set up for your comfort, with four comfortable beds and two couches that pull out into a bed, full bathrooms for each room (2), a comfortable living room with a big screen TV (plus TVs in each room) and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils and many cooking spices. A full-size BBQ is available as well.
A full toy and beach activities assortment of fun is available for your use including bikes/helmets (adults and kids), horseshoes, croquet, GIANT Janga, balls, clam guns, boogie boards, skim boards, life jackets and more! Enjoy a large backyard with wood firepit to warm your evenings with family and friends (chairs provided) with plenty of room for yard games. Backyard is available for RV or tents, for an additional fee upon request/approval. An upper-level deck that looks toward the sunsets. An outdoor barbeque is available. Also, a fun classic collection of VHS & DVDs for a night in. Note - no on site washer/dryer (2 local laundromats).

Always a great place to stay
We have stayed at this property twice now and both times have been excellent. Ren and Dianna are very helpful and great at communicating. The property is clean and well equipped.

Quiet Neighborhood, very roomy.
The house was excellent. Very roomy and in a quiet neighborhood. Very well stocked with everything we might possibly need. Great kitchen and living room to hang out. Lots of outdoor deck area for sitting and relaxing as well. Hosts we great to work with and checked on us to see if we needed anything.

Great for small families!
We loved the layout of the house! My middle child (9 yo) who is autistic camped out at the corner table to do his drawings (he also loved the upper bunk bed). While my other two (4 and 11 yo) appreciated the couch/livingroom. Overall very nice.

Beautiful Home in a GREAT Location!!
We only had one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful home near everything! Wonderful assortment in the toy box." Our son and girlfriend were here from Washington DC, and took advantage of the bikes, and the close access to the path for a morning jog. The home has everything you need for a wonderful beach stay!! We will most definitely return!!!

The stay was awesome! Walking distance to the beach to play in the sand, or to Scoopers for some ice cream. The bikes and firepit definitely got used! Fantastic space in a great location
This spot was a clean and well appointed place that gives you everything you need, from a pure beach day, to a more chill town experience, within a 5 minute walk for either. Everyone had room to spread out and hang out, in order to recharge for more time on the sand, and we would definitely come again!
