Our property suits families of up to 6 people or couples wanting that all-important beachside escape. There is a queen bed in one room with a bunk bed with single mattresses, and a bunk bed with a double with a single mattress in the second room.

Our inviting retreat is fully equipped for your stay. The kitchen, with its automated coffee machine, and the living area, with WiFi TV, are set on the same floor for your convenience. Laundry facilities are also provided.

Outside, the BBQ on the back deck is ideal for dining al fresco while your pets play in the secure yard. Take a leisurely stroll to the beachfront food vans for a local treat, or drive a short distance to explore regional delights.

Our carport accommodates your boat or a medium-sized 4WD, and we offer a portacot for our littlest guests.

Our booking terms are as hospitable as our home: a 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends and during school holidays, extending to a minimum of 3 nights on long weekends and over the school holiday period. Single-night stays may be available outside of the holiday and long week periods. A $500 security deposit is also required to ensure peace of mind.

The property is fenced, and dogs are allowed inside provided they are house trained, kept off the furniture, and well groomed to minimise hair and sand in the townhouse. Please vacuum if your dog has been shedding. Please keep off all furniture, and please note that the throws are for your comfort and are not dog blankets.

We also recommend treatment for ticks as the eastern coastline is known for them.

Most of Long Beach is also dog-friendly and leash-free - however, follow the signs, as one small part does not allow dogs.

The back deck provides a shady and secure area if you want to bring an outside dog. You will need to bring all your pet's requirements (bedding and food bowls), and a dog kennel is available for use.

We appreciate guests leaving the property tidy, especially the BBQ and kitchenware.
