Unwind in the hot tub, indulge in the private theater, or challenge each other to games in the basement's entertainment haven. Imbued with a rich history dating back to the early 1900s, this meticulously preserved mansion offers a nostalgic journey complemented by modern comforts. Just minutes from an array of dining options and local attractions, your ultimate family getaway awaits at the Bloomer Mansion.

Beach Access:
• 10 to 15-minute walk down a private path to the beach
• 20-minute walk to downtown Long Beach or 3-minute drive

Pets:
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Up to four dogs allowed
• Extra-large dog crate, two large dog beds, food dishes, and leashes are available.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• Parking for up to 6 cars
• Parking on three sides of the house- South (in front of the house), West (parking in yard) and East (driveway)
• Space to park boat or trailer on the West side of the house
• No garage or covered parking
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

• Children two and under are not part of the maximum occupancy.

Long Beach Vacation
Staying at the Bloomer Mansion was truly an experience! The house is spacious with many bedrooms and a great dining room that accommodated all 13 of us. Loved the grand piano in the living room and the comfortable leather couches! The teenagers among us enjoyed the many recreational opportunities and the amazing theater. Great house and attentive management company.

Quick results when needed . Beautiful home. We saw deer every day. Our 3 dogs were happy. Biggest complaint , please provide power strips. Lack of outlets was an issue.

Perfect for Large Gathering
Bloomer Mansion was a great place for a Christmas family long weekend. Plenty of room and amenities for our well traveled group. There were even Christmas decorations to welcome us. Out favorite feature was the large dining room table that had loads of room for meals and games. Very eclectic in a good way!

Amazing property with a lot of history
Amazing property that handled us all. We were very comfortable and could all gather in the living room and still have enough space for kids to run around. The downstairs for the kids was perfect. Close to the beach and big backyard for games and even a fire pit. We all loved it and will be back again!

Bloomer Family Vacation
We had a great time. The house is large. We had up to 13 people & we did not feel crowded at all. The house isn’t for everybody. It is old, full of antiques & has a unique atmosphere. Some of the rooms could use a little TLC, but most of us loved it. The basement entertainment center is awesome!

Everyone was happy
Antiques were of the sturdy sort, a relief with dogs swinging tails. All the extras to care for pets and an infant; nice not to have to bring crib or high chair. So many entertainment options, and fun things to see/do locally as well. Nice to be able to seat all 12 of us at the table comfortably, and to have plenty of storage space in kitchen, as well as all the cooking gear we needed, since we ate in. Neighborhood was quiet. Great place for hanging out and spending time together! Loved that it was decorated for Christmas, since this was our Christmas gift to each other. Appreciated the prompt, responsive communication. We'd do it again!!

Would, and have, recommended the mansion to my friends. We feel "at home" when we are here. We'll be back!

Everyone had at least a queen bed, their own room and enough showers for 12 people! It's close enough to walk to beach or town plus there is plenty to do if you just stay "home". We hope to return in 2016...with all 6 couples. Looking forward to trying Admirals House in 2015.

The Perfect Mansion

For January offseason we always get 2 extra nights free making our long weekend affordable and very accommodating since we have 5 private rooms w/queen or king comfortable beds. We love the kitchen and updated amenities as well as the quirky 100-year-old mansions quaintness. Having a dining table that easily seats all 10 of us for meals and space for games and visiting. Only issue is every year we have to have someone fix the tv dish reception and wifi can go in and out - but that's Longbeach for you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the Bloomer Mansion 4 years ago, for my 50th. At that time, my husband asked if we could go back for his 50th. Sadly, he passed away before that date but we rented it anyway, to honor his request. They made a lot of changes to the yard, were were amazing. The old boat that was out there is gone, they put in a full on play place for the kids. We had 7 kids with us, so it seemed like it was constantly in use. It is so close to everything, just a short drive to downtown Long Beach and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Will be back again.
