"What a lovely hotel! We arrived after hours so didn't meet reception team but spoke to them on the phone. We got upgraded to penthouse which was a lovely surprise. The penthouse was massive and had two bedrooms! Views were incredible. The area lost electricity which meant we didn't get to use the facilities in our room much unfortunately, but they brought us a lamp straight away, and there were some candles which we could light up. Overall great experience "

Easy communication with manager. Downstairs fully self contained (if needed), with access to upstairs via external stairway. "
