Loved having water access, kayaks, SUP boards, chairs, umbrella, floats and snorkeling gear. *kayaks don’t have seats and there’s only 3 single kayaks so we were bummed we couldn’t all go together like described. "My family and I stayed at Sea Breeze for a week in February. We all really enjoyed it. The home is wonderfully kept and appointed. The views are spectacular. The owner and the manager of the property are very helpful and easily reached. We took several drives to restaurants and beaches. Everything is within easy reach. We would gladly stay here again."

"Everything is great except the venders and everyone else that’s comes to the beach. Although you have a private property space it is totally invaded with people who have no regard for personal space. Everyday was a battle and people don’t really care. It’s truly too bad. The house though is perfect and they are very attentive to anything that may go wrong. They are quite lovely. Everyone else around.. no so much. "

"Majid and the property were amazing. Super clean, very nice apartment. The balcony was heaven and veryyy easy access to the beach. He had chairs and kayaks set up at the beach, which is fairly private, so we never had to carry anything out there. Only about 10 minutes from the main touristy area but we avoided all the crowds. The hot water went out briefly, but they fixed it within 20 minutes. A perfect stay!"

"Coconut Beach Villa on Sapodilla beach was the perfect place and setting for our intergenerational family vacation. The little ones (age 1, 3 and 5) played for hours on the beach and in the shallow, warm and turquoise water. "Everything about this place is perfect for us! The house has everything anyone could possibly need! The pool is delightful and I can swim laps every morning! Location is quiet and safe, plus it is easy to go anywhere from here! Best of all - we LOVE the caretaker, Mario! He is absolutely wonderful and so helpful if needed!
