O banheiro estava com mofo

O box estava com muito mofo, nojento! Era sujeira de muito tempo, falta de água sanitária mesmo. Os outros itens, em geral estava compatível com o valor pago (barato).

Quarto bem simples, mas com as camas boas. Roupa de cama limpas. Quarto bom, com frigobar, uma mesa e uma cadeira. So nao gostei do box do banheiro. Estava bem sujo. Com mofo entre os ajulejos e no ultimo ajulejo proximo ao piso. As portas de acrilico bem engorduradas e mofadas. Nem parecia q foi limpo.

Terrível, o pagamento foi no ato do check in, reservei um quarto com cama de casal e ao entrar no quarto tinha uma cama feita com quatro colchões de solteiro sendo que um lado ficou mais alto que o outro. Sem cama. Ao questionar a recepção me informaram que não tinham outro quarto disponível. Ou eu aceitava ou ia embora. Pedi o estorno do pagamento e sai a procura de ouro hotel. Decepcionante pois passei o dia todo a trabalho e precisava descansar. Check in feito as 17:30h.

O hotel é confortável, limpo, agradável, mas infelizmente o atendimento foi péssimo. Reservei um quarto de casal + cama de solteiro e me deram um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro. Fui à recepção reclamar, pois estava com meu bebê de 1 ano, e de início fui informado que o Hotel estava cheio e que eu teria que juntar as camas, fui insistente em querer o quarto da minha reserva pois haviam quartos separados para outros clientes que ainda não haviam realizado o checkin. Por fim, consegui um quarto com uma cama de casal padrão para dormir eu, minha esposa e meu filho. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo e não volto mais.

Péssima segunda experiência no hotel do lago

Fiquei nesse hotel 15 dias atrás e era maravilhoso só elogios, mas a direção do hotel foi trocada e ficou muito ruim , o atendimento noturno e péssimo, o café que era maravilhoso decaiu tanto que nem pão francês tinha
