checking in was fast , room was ready , staff very nice and very helpful , location excellent , shops and eateries near by, in short the whole experience was excellent. The best pillows i have ever use in any 5 star hotel in the world, they gave me the website where i can buy them as they dont sell thier own which i would have bought to take home to Abuja because of thier comfort.
DO NOT GO HERE, ITS SHOKCINGLY BAD!!!
This was not a good choice for Xmas!

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
I reserved a "Family" room. It had a double bed and two small beds (uncomfortable cots). There were 2 chairs and a small desk. No in room phone, no dresser, no place to hang up clothes, no refrigerator and very little space to move around. We moved the cots around a bit and it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned underneath in a while.
The TV was very small (22 inch or so). The employees were helpful overall though.
We needed to lay over at Heathrow on short notice. Most hotels close to the airport were asking $300 to $500. This hotel asked $165. That got our attention. Turned out to be 3 or 4 miles east of the airport. Got a small but tidy room. Quite satisfied for a spur or the moment decision.

An OK hotel. Ensure you understand the room type.
An OK hotel, make sure the room type is what u r looking for as there were many confusions with expedia.
The staff were very helpful trying to sort out the various problems we encountered.
These were no bedding at all for our children, the room had air conditioning controls but no actual air conditioning. The room temperature was unbearable reaching 30 celsius during the night. We were given 2 basic desktop fans which hardly helped. The window was a standard hotel one which only opened a few inches and gave little relief and had the added problem of noise as we were in the flight path for the nearby Heathrow Airport.
We would not recommend this hotel unless you love high temperatures or plane noise.

Good value, but nowhere to park
We arrived quite late after a long drive from Cornwall with our 2-year old son, and got off to a bad start when we discovered there was nowhere to park anywhere near the hotel. Not ideal when you have a tired toddler and loads of stuff! It turns out you have to pay £12 per day for parking at the nearest pay and display car park, with no guarantee of a space.
However, the hotel itself is good value for London, the staff were friendly and the room was ensuite. The best thing about it (and the reason we chose to stay there) is that it's 2 minutes from a Tube station on the Picadilly line, which means you can travel to all the main tourist attractions in half an hour.
Overall I would recommend this hotel, just remember to add £12 per day to your budget for parking!

This was a last minute booking on the day within an hour, so very pleased to have somewhere to stay for the night. Good value for money, very friendly staff, felt comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast.
