A lovely, airy living room area, with neutral interiors and plenty of natural light. There is a sofa, 2 armchairs, and a small round coffee table. Near the window is a larger table with 4 chairs available. There is a Dyson heater/cooler fan available for guest use.
BALCONY
The living room opens onto a small balcony, with a table and 2 chairs, and lovely leafy views of the gardens below.
KITCHEN
Next to the living room and visible through an attractive, tall opening, is a well-equipped kitchen, including clean white units and all the essentials you will need for your stay. There is also a brand new Lavazza coffee machine.
MASTER BEDROOM
With lots of natural light through the window, this bedroom includes a king bed, 2 bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. A hanging rail will be available for guest use (photos to follow).
BEDROOM 2
Bright and airy, with a single trundle bed that can be converted into either 1 double or 2 singles. There is also a wardrobe and a vintage-style bureau with a chair, that can be used as an office desk or a vanity table.
BATHROOM
A little bathroom in sleek black and white tiles. There is a bath with a wall-mounted shower and a wash basin on one side, and a separate WC next door.
GARDEN
Includes access to lovely communal gardens with plenty of green space.

Please note, this block was originally designed as a council property however is now majority owner occupied. There's no TV available. From October to May, the central heating is controlled by the building. Due to the artwork inside it is not suitable for children under 12 years old. The single trundle bed has a pull-out bed underneath that can be converted into 1 double or 2 singles, sleeping 2 guests.
