Daily Flood
The room was quite small but fine, especially since the location was fantastic. The bathrooms are extremely poorly designed: because there is no significant barrier between the shower stall and the rest of the bathroom, the whole bathroom is totally flooded after every shower (and at times the water leaked out into the hallway outside the bathroom!), making it almost unusable after each shower.

worth a stay
more frosting on the door by the toilet would be nice and an underbed drawer would have been useful given the limited space excellent for a west end short stay!!

Z hotel
Rooms are tiny but you are already know that from the website. Location perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel in a central area, very tiny rooms
A decent hotel close to Leceister square and to all kinds of shops, reataurants, theatres, clubs not to mention the underground etc. Rooms are extremely tiny but that was expected since they do mention the room dimensions on their website. So for someone who really wants to spend his/her time outside checking out London, and wants to use the hotel for sleeping, it's great. However if you are looking for something fancy and more comfortable, this is not the place to be. Staff was really very nice and helpful, the only thing that was a little overpriced was their charge for ordering a cab to the airport (60 pounds), especially that the underground train which links to the airport can get overly crowded and fitting your baggage might be a hastle. Overall good experience.

Does exactly what it says on the tin
Excellent location, it was just what I was after for a short stop over. The rooms maybe small but there's ample space for a one night stay. In stayed in a queen room and i was on my own (so not sure how it would work out with 2 of you). Modern furnishings, free wifi, cafe downstairs, Comfy bed, and a complimentary bottle of filtered water (which I appreciated). I found the staff very friendly an helpful, I asked to change rooms and they gladly helped with my request.

coffin
To start with the three plus points: - great location; could not be more central - top design; everything looks superb - clean - very friendly and helpful staff some hesitations: 1. The rooms are more like a cupboard. I've never stayed in a room as small as this one 2. The 1-person bedrooms have no windows and the ceiling is terribly low. I felt like entering my coffin. A very comfortable one, but even without having any tendency to become claustrophobic, I got it. A reception I was given another room 3. I could not lie straight in my bed and the room is not bigger than the bed. The first night was OK, the second was not great 4. heating is not working. it's either off or too hot 5. the water in the (beautiful!) shower did not leave through the flush, so the whole shower turns into a big bath. Nice when warm, less comfortable if you like to use the bathroom in the night or the shower the next morning 6. the hotel is still under construction. When I got in, there was quite some building going on, so I wonder how it is during weekdays
