A very busy excellently located hotel. A bit chaotic, but survivable. Staff try really hard and are sometimes stretched. Breakfast is too busy and not a relaxed experience.

The hotel is located perfectly if you are visiting the theatre during your stay. The reception is beautiful and very striking with the Christmas decorations up as they were this weekend. The room we had was fairly small and was an internal room so the view from the window was just air conditioning units. Not an issue as we didn’t book for the view. The bathroom was well set out and made the most of the limited space. The room had a coffee machine with 4 pods to use and there was a selection of teas. We only interacted with the staff during check in and check out but on both occasions they were polite, helpful and welcoming.

Pluses on the US power outlet and prompt, attentive Front Desk service! The breakfast was adequate, and perhaps needs a slightly lower price point for the offerings. Bathroom floor and shower stall was not clean upon check-in. Location was fab! Good vending machine offerings.
