We have also upgraded the quality of our towels and bed linen and renovated our rooms for a more pleasant, welcoming, and comfortable stay. You can also self check-in using the instructions that we provide to you automatically when you book. The property is a recently renovated (2021 and again in 2023) guest house with 5 individual rooms, each having their own bathroom, and a shared kitchen. Amenities - which are all new - include washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. Other accessories such as hairdryer, iron etc are available on request. Free 500mb internet is available to all guests. The property has gas central heating and radiators and is running regularly throughout the day and additional electric heaters can be provided if required. Fans are also available for rooms so kick back and relax in this calm, private space.

Norbury is a safe and generally quiet area. The property is situated on a relatively quiet but safe road and is only a 6 minute walk from Norbury rain station which is in Zone 3. It takes 22 minutes to get to Balham with trains running every 7 minutes and it takes 35 minutes to get to London Bridge with trains frequenting every 30 minutes. Balham underground station is also only 8 minutes (2 stops) away and East Croydon is only 10 minutes (4 stops away). The local area has some fantastic restaurants, especially if you like Indian/Pakistani food with the renowned Royal Mahal, Dawat and Charsi Karahi as well as Moroccan food at Moorish Lounge. There are numerous fast food places such as Amigos, Fat Twins and Abby's Grill and two fantastic cafes in Affogato and Woodland Cafe.
