A welcome pack of bed linen, towels, toiletries and supplies are provided at check in and on a weekly basis for those staying longer than 7 nights.
If you wish regularly cleans or supplies please contact us to check prices.
• For your convenience this is a self-check in property and key are located in a lockbox outside the building
• Check-in details and other relevant info will be emailed to you the day before arrival
• There isn’t a lift, your accommodation is located on 3rd floor
• To stay toasty, your apartment has a radiator in each room
• Due to its location, the apartment doesn't have air-conditioning. Several of the windows open and if it warms up in the summer, we’re happy to provide fans, just let us know
• Maximum occupancy is 4 people
• We’re committed to ensuring your apartment is safe and sparkling clean and maintain rigorous cleaning processes across all our properties.

Frankie’s No-Nos
It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos:
• No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.
• No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed and no loud noises between 10pm and 7:30am, as this is a residential building.
• Please respect your neighbours and keep noise at a minimum while in the staircase
• No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones.

Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards
Check-out: 10am (Frankie Says…set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night.)

For comfy airport transfer head to Tottenham Court Rd, on the Elizabeth line. It will take you to Heathrow in the blink of an eye.
For world-class shopping, head to nearby Regent Street and Oxford Circus, home to a wealth of well-known brands. 10 minutes’ walk away are top entertainment hubs like Oxford Circus and Soho, and if you’re keen to splash the cash, Bond Street, home to bling retailers like Chanel, Jimmy Choo and Tiffany & Co.

If you’ve come to party, then the glitz is in Fitz! Your apartment is close to some of the biggest and best clubs in the world. As well as classic night spots like the Carwash Nightclub, you can dance the night away in legendary gay clubs like Heaven, Compton's of Soho, and G-A-Y Bar.
West End theatres are also within walking distance. Grab tickets for global smash hits, from The Lion King to Les Misérables to Mamma Mia!
And when the munchies kick in, stop off at one of the many bistros and restaurants. Charlotte Street, just moments away from your pad, offers a taste of everything from mouth-watering Japanese to modern French food.

We get it, not everyone’s on a jolly. Our comfy crib is also within 10 minutes’ walk of University College London Hospitals (UCLH). You can also hop on any of the nearby tubes to get around the capital swiftly.
