Stylish Notting Hill Studio Flat that can sleep 4 people

Situated near Westbourne Grove, the property is a wonderful newly refurbished studio flat in the heart of Notting Hill.

The flat is just a few yards from lots of great local restaurants shops and supermarkets whilst positioned in a quiet road.

Getting around London from here is easy. It’s a 10 minute walk to 3 tube stations and many buses stop nearby.

It’s only a brisk 10 minute stroll to Hyde Park

Perfect for up to 4 people, it is well designed to make the most of the space with a king sized double bed and a very comfortable, easy to operate king sized double sofa bed.

It has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is fitted with modern high end appliances including a dishwasher, extractor, washing machine, microwave, grill/oven and an induction hob. It includes all you need, with high end cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The coffee table converts into a dining table with space for 4 people.

Bathroom includes a full sized bath and seperate shower unit.

Freshly laundered high quality towels and linen are provided.

There is a 46 inch flat screen JVC TV with a moveable bracket, and Chromecast facilities.

High speed wireless broadband is provided, and a Sony radio/music player is available.

Underfloor heating provided throughout.

We are flexible on check in and out times, and where possible can arrange early or late arrivals and departures.

We can also consider pets staying by prior agreement.

Perfect for a stay in London
The studio is great. Comes with anything you could ever need and is new and beautiful. Really close to two different underground stations connecting to three different lines and there's many supermarkets and different places to eat just around the corner. David was easy to communicate with and took care of everything we needed. We had a great stay here!

Great Accommodation for our Short Stay
This property is exactly as advertised. Clean and efficient studio for a two person short stay. Stairs down to the basement flat are a bit daunting, but we managed even with large suitcases. This flat is not the lap of luxury, but we didn’t expect that, and it suited us perfectly.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at David’s flat. I would definitely stay again. Clean and well-equipped. The flat was only down a few steps (which was important when traveling with my elderly parents). Situated close to tube and train stations for easy access to London proper. Highly recommended.

Cute Little Gem
If you would like to feel what it would be like to live in Notting Hill then this is the place for you. It is a cute basement apartment on a side street just off the hustle and bustle. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as the tube. Heck, if the weather is ok, its walkable (1-2 miles) to almost everything. Host was great, would definitely recommend.

Lovely flat in Notting Hill!
We really enjoyed our stay at David's flat. The location was very easy to get to from the tube. The check-in process was very easy. The flat is very well appointed karma and has everything that one could need for a stay. Leaflet is tastefully decorated karma and has a really amazing tab for soaks after a long day of walking. The flat is conveniently located, 5 minutes walk from the tube. It’s quiet despite being close to a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops of diversified ethnicity. Neighborhood feels safe and friendly. Owner is very responsive. We liked the modern feel of the flat with all the amenities. Kitchen is well equipped but why would you want to cook with all the great culinary options few steps away. All in all, when I go to London again, and I will, I will try to stay there again.

Modern flat close to great ethnic restaurants
We had some difficulty finding the lockbox with the keys and once found, we tried for quite some time to unlock the door before we realized that there were 2 locks, one of which was low on the door and covered. The place was comfortable for two people and beautifully renovated. We loved the many ethnically diverse restaurants in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the outside of the building was covered with scaffolding to renovate the building's façade. That partially blocked an already very narrow stairway and made it even narrower. I would not have rented the place, had I known about it. Easy access to the tube.

David was an excellent host. Commutation with him was top-notch. Really nice flat. Very open layout. The heated floors were fantastic. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops for whatever you needed. Very safe as well if you just wanted to stroll around. Tube was only 5 minutes away. There were always buses and taxis all around if you wanted to take them.

I stayed here with my husband and one year old. David was very communicative and helpful. He allowed us to check in early and provided a pack n play crib for our child. Very good localisation , easy to take the buses or underground ! Lots of stores/ restaurants/ bakeries in the neighborhood. Good instructions , the flat is perfect for three people, a little bit cold since it’s in the ground floor but we didn’t try to heat so i guess it’s possible to warm it up. We enjoyed the presence of electricity « adaptators » thank you !

A perfect spot in London
This basement flat provided the perfect base for a few days in London. The location was perfect with many sights, shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance and a tube station (Bayswater) nearby for those destinations that were a little further. The flat was much bigger than I expected with plenty of space for two of us. It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including fast WiFi. David was an excellent host. He communicated clearly and quickly and was always informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in London.

A rocky start
There was a miscommunication at the start. We arrived and the flat had not been cleaned. Fan was broken, Fridge did not work and shower flooded. When cleaner arrived she was empathic and did a great and efficient job in getting the apartment ready. We bought new fan which host refunded us for, and during our stay the fridge did not work and we continued to buy ice twice a day to keep food cold. Definitely need fan in summer for this apartment to feel pleasant as it is in a basement
