Absolutely amazing 1150 sq. ft. interior designed two bedroom quiet apartment with own courtyard garden. The apartment has been finished to the highest of standards in the heart of South Kensington and is close to all the amenities and landmarks of London, with a wide range of restaurants and bars close at hand and Gloucester Road tube station only a 4 minute walk away. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need from toasters, kettles and linen, to TV and wifi along with portable A/c and fans. Truly exceptional, you will not be disappointed. This was a lovely flat. The neighborhood is fantastic with dining options, a grocery nearby, and easy access to the tube. The flat itself was wonderful, very homey and clean! Lucy was a great host. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay
My daughter was touring colleges and we were very fortunate to find this lovely place. It was newly renovated and has everything you need! Plus, the location was perfect. It was beautiful from the wallpaper to the lighting. I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to London.

Lovely flat in perfect location
We loved our stay at this flat. Updated kitchen/bathrooms and decor were lovely. Location is fantastic - steps from Gloucester Road tube station, walking distance to Chelsea. Our one comment is that the furniture is a bit worn (not very comfortable). Could use a refresh.

Located in a lovely part of London ideal for exploring, close to Gloucester tube station & plenty of nice restaurants in short walking distance. Apartment provides a good home base and serviced our family of 4 well. Lucy was very prompt and responsive.

My family of 5 loved this apartment. It was a short walk to the tube and close to many restaurants and pubs. We loved coming back to a clean place after being out in the city all day. We appreciated the beautiful decor and nice appliances. Overall, our stay could not have been better!

My family had a wonderful experience at this property. It was a lovely apartment, that looked exactly like the pictures from the listing. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and very roomy for the 4 of us. The owner provided thoughtful directions and was very responsive when we had questions. The location was close to shops and the tube. The area is charming and safe. We will want to stay here again when we return to London.

A lovely property
We recently stayed at Courtfield for three nights. The check in process was straightforward, the key system easy to use. The property was beautifully appointed with high end finishes throughout the flat. Everything was spotless. The bedrooms were Spacious and the beds Themselves extremely comfortable. The location is terrific with a wonderful local pub and easy access to Sloan Square shopping. We felt extremely safe while sleeping or walking about.An overall win!!!

Coronation weekend
This apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and welcoming. The host went out of her way to accommodate us. The neighborhood worked well. We could easily partake in coronation festivities and also have a quiet place to come home to. I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful London Stay
We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Very spacious and looks just like the photos. Perfect for our family if 4. Perfect location in South Kensington and 3 minute walk to closest tube station. It is the garden level apartment but still had light. Kitchen was well stocked and was nice to have another half bath when you walk in. There was a bit of painting they were doing but the workers were never there when we were. Would definitely stay again!

Family Week In London
We spent almost a week in this gem of an apartment while visiting our daughter who is going to school in London for a semester. It was perfect to have the apartment vs being cramped into a small hotel room in central London. It was so convenient to the tube and we were able to get anywhere so easily. There are great restaurants and bakeries close by and we enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood very much. Lucy was lovely and helpful and even had some snacks and cereal waiting for us when we arrived, which was so thoughtful. Overall perfect location and beautiful apartment. Would definitely come back again! Thank you!

Wonderful Wetherby Place
Best place and location we’ve stayed in London. Repeat travelers but we will rebook this flat on our next trip and recommend to our friends as well. The flat was exactly as the photos depict! Our host, Lucy, was terrific and took care of us. When there was a tech problem with the TV she promptly dispatched her charming son who works nearby to help us out. He was wonderful and chatted with my husband about soccer before leaving. Thanks to Lucy for a wonderful time at the flat!

Lovely flat for a family of four
Perfect space and location near Gloucester tube stop for our week in London. The flat is beautiful with everything one needs for simple cooking (we only cooked breakfast). The room with two twins was great for our two kids. One note is that the large bed is not a king size as we know it in the US but a queen. The mattress could also benefit from replacement as it was very thin and lumpy and both of us had trouble sleeping all week given how uncomfortable it was. Lucy is a great host and responded promptly the few times we needed to reach her.

Great location
Apartment was well kept and comfortable. Location was good - close to Gloucester tube and a SuperValu and several restaurants. Lucy was very easy to work with. I would recommend bringing along a speaker for white noise or music. You can clearly hear people above you and there's a school practically next door where the kids start early! :) For those with mobility issues the stairway down to the basement apartment can be challenging and the tub is very high to crawl in and out. Also, ask Lucy if the scaffolding has come down, it is directly over apartment so you do walk under it and it blocks light in front and back. Not a huge bother just the port a potty not greatly attractive... Overall, I'd recommend the space.

Absolutely fabulous!
Communication with the owner and entry instructions were excellent. The apartment was welcoming and comfortable. We spent four very cold days in London, and every day, we looked forward to returning to our warm nest. Everything was perfect, including the location near multiple tube stops and the neighborhoods with many interesting shops and restaurants. We were so happy in the apartment that we stayed in for a few evenings and had delivery and take-away dinners. I highly recommend it.

Don’t hesitate, book immediately
Our family of two adults and two tweens loved our stay at this flat. Location is perfect – short walk to the Tube, large Waitrose next to the Tube station, a Saintsbury’s about ½ mile away; many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs (1/2 price Mezze Mondays at Comptoir Libanais, breakfast at Zack’s, Pizza Express on Cromwell Rd. for kids). The flat is equal parts stylish and comfortable. Light filled, comfortable beds and linens (note: washcloths/flannels not provided, pack your own), the ½ bath is a game changer for family travel, comfortable LR furniture, recently renovated so appreciated multiple outlets, excellent lighting with dimmers, it was a delight to return to after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen was well stocked, though we only prepared coffee and toast in the mornings. Electric kettle, espresso maker and a French press but no drip coffee maker so prepare for that; dishwasher was nice to have; never used the W/D but appreciated that instruction manuals for all appliances were provided. As others noted, the flat is at basement level. We found the stairs leading down easy to maneuver even with luggage but older folks or anyone with mobility issues should take that into consideration. We also found the flat to be quiet, but we were out and about early each day so street noise and the nearby school did not disrupt us; we use white noise apps so if you are concerned about noise, just do that. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Overall, just a lovely space.
