Culinary delights await in the fully furnished kitchen, equipped with brand-new appliances, including a fridge-freezer and dishwasher, and all the essentials you need for cooking and dining. It's a functional and stylish space that inspires culinary creativity.

As you ascend to the second floor, you'll discover three generously sized bedrooms, meticulously renovated and tastefully decorated. These rooms offer spacious built-in cupboards, providing ample storage for your belongings. You have a choice of sleeping options, including a Super King Zip Bed, a King Bed, and a Double Bed, all adorned with hotel-quality linen for your ultimate comfort.

Not one, but two exquisite bathrooms await your indulgence. The family bathroom offers a perfect place for a leisurely soak or invigorating shower, while the convenient downstairs toilet area adds to your comfort. Both bathrooms are thoughtfully appointed with plush towels and complimentary toiletries, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

The house is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood. We kindly request that you respect our neighbors by refraining from hosting parties, using loudspeakers, creating excessive noise, and strictly adhering to a no-smoking policy both inside and outside the property. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Other things to note
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Mixed opinions
The home was tidy and clean. The property was on a main road which was busy and noisy, the Vrbo map is inaccurate, it's not on a quiet back street. Unable to change the temperature of the thermostat so was a bit cold. Good transport links and close to a large supermarket and convenience store. Overall stay was good!
