Clean, modern and comfortable. Quiet given its location. Tea and fresh coffee were provided. Our passcode to get in didn’t work but when we sent a text to the number we’d been given, we got a very swift response with a new code that did work. Minor details but a tin opener, serving spoon and spatula would have been useful additions to the otherwise very good selection of kitchen items.

Fantastic location for getting around the city. Basically right across the street from Bayswater underground station. At the end of a little culdesac behind the McDonald's. Very well lit Lane and super secure. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was great having a washer and dryer as well. The communication from Sonder was great. They provided all the information for the check-in as well as every detail about the apartment including manuals for all the appliances. The only two negatives for me were the amount of stairs to the flat which we counted at 70 and the bed was a little hard for my liking but I'm sure others would like it. Would stay here again though!
