We'd recommend heading up to leafy Wandsworth Common for some revitalising strolls and a slab of cake at one of the many cafes; or, as soon as the sun rears its head, hitting that sun-kissed patio to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining.

Cosiness is the new cool — as proven by that swish, design-led living room. We can think of nothing more wholesome than curling up in front of the log-burner on that luxuriously large sofa. A generously-sized kitchen with stylish interiors and inviting dining table mean staying in beats going out every time. You can throw open the doors onto the garden — or, relocate entirely, with a charming little outdoor table beckoning you out on those balmy summer evenings (you may even have the home’s resident cat pop by to say hi).
