Apres avoirprevenu notre hote d'une arrivée tardive à 20h30 2 jours auparavant et le jour même ou il nous a repondu pas de probleme, nous avons trouvé un porte close.le proprietaire n'a repondu à nos appel par sms qu'au environs de 23h nous avons du trouver un hotel de derniere minute.le lendemain impossible de le joindre ou de le voir le voisinage nous a dit que c'etait un peobleme frequent et que c'est un escroc. Le pire dans tout ca c'est que lorsqu'on cherche à joindre hotel.com pour se plaindre on ne peut les avoir que par mail et ils nous repondent que les arrivée doivent se faire avant 20h et il seretranche derriere pour ne pas rembourser quoique ce soit.au mail suivant il nous repondent que notre painte a deja été traité et qu'il ne peuvent revenir dessus. Apres avoir effectué quelque recherche il s'avere que l'escroc est présent sur plusieurs site avec des heures d'arrivées différente. L'excuse du site dans la gestion du litige ne tient donc pas. Je vais devoir saisir le médiateur pour essayer de récuperer tout ou partie des sommes versé. En esperant que je puisse joindre le site hotel.com qui est le vendeur avec qui j'ai traité

Det är bra i priset och lokation. Det var så smutsig. Dårlig servic fär att vi väntat 3 timmar utan att se någon till att göra ckeck in under regning och kallt, jag har 3 barn och ha 7 väskor. Om vi inte kontakta expedia, ingen vil kom.

La experiencia en este sitio fue espantosa, yo no se lo recomendaría a nadie. Primeri me puse en contacto con el que llevaba eso y hasta las 15 PM NO ME DIO LA CLAVE DE LA PUERTA.Fuimos con un niño y me alojaron en la ultima planta la cual parecia una casa de 4 planta. No habia toallas , secadora , ni jabón , etc....La alcachofa de la ducha rota .La calefacción la encendia a ratos. Salto la luz el viernes y no funciona los enchufes , pues hasta el Lunes no fue a mirarlo......En fin , NO VAYAS A ESTE HOTEL.....

チェックイン時に、あらかじめ知らされていた連絡先に連絡するも違う連絡先にメールをしろと返信が。 違う連絡先に連絡をするも30分近く待たされた上に、ルームキー解除の番号を違う番号を伝えられ、更に待たされることに。 結局チェックインをするだけで1時間以上待たされました。 謝罪の言葉も無ければ、エクスペディアのサポートセンターからも特にサポートはなし。 このホテルは最低です。

Check in was late they do not answer the phone and all the process of check in depend on the phone! It was not comforable, because no cleaning service and Cold rooms Toilet tissue run out the third day! Hot water while bathing interrepted

The check in process has already made a hassle, we been contacting the person in-charge for check in since morning on the day we are checking in. It is until nearing check in time, only then we managed to contact him thru Hotels.com. This is beyond ridiculous. Since that guy was not gonna pick up our calls when he knows there are guests checking in, why is he still appointed as the person in charge! As for the room, do AVOID it if you are planning to stay for longer than 2 days. The room looks fine, but it's very dusty! Also, the shared bathroom and toilet not only looks dusty, but also dirty. It looks like no one has been cleaning on both!.

AVOID THEM!!!!
AVOID THIS HOTEL: TOTAL RIP OFF AND NO SERVICE PROVIDED!!!!!! I have booked a room with a bathroom, and paid it. In the confirmation they let me know it is shared bathroom. I have complained to hotels.com, but they couldn't achieve that the hotel refunds me. I though, OK then I would go there BUT they have never responded to my e-mail, have never answered my phone call about late arrival. So I didn't dare to go there because I didn't want to risk sleeping on the street with my kid. NEVER EVER HAVE BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

Nicht mit hoher Erwartung kommen!
Uns war schon bewusst, dass man für den Preis nicht so viel erwarten darf. Wir nahmen auch von den letzten Bewertungen in Kauf, dass es oft Probleme beim Check-In gibt und die Dusche sowie das Klo in einem verbesserungsfähigen Zustand sind. Von daher hatten wir schon von Anfang an damit gerechnet, dass etwas schiefgehen kann. Ich habe vor der Ankunft mehrmals erfolglos versucht den Manager anzurufen, und erst nachdem wir ca. eine halbe Stunde (in der Nacht(!)) vor der Tür gewartet haben hat mir der Manager ein SMS geschickt, wie man reingehen kann und welches Zimmer wir bekommen. Uns wurde ein Zimmer mit 3 Doppelbetten zugeteilt, das, obwohl nicht wirklich wie beschrieben wurde, zum Glück sauber und ziemlich komfortabel war. WLAN Verbindung war von unserem Zimmer sehr schlecht, aber wenn man sowieso die Bude nur zum Schlafen nutzt ist das keine sehr große Ursache. Die Dusche war nicht konstant warm und die Tür war auch kaputt. Außerdem passierte uns auch dass das Klo verstopft wurde, aber irgendwie wurde es noch gelöst. Alles in allem keine schlechte Option für den Preis, da das Inserat sehr nah am Stadtzentrum, Bahnhöfen und Restaurants liegt. Es ist aber ratsam dass man dieses Hotel lieber meiden sollte.
