A modern, clean and well kept B&B. Friendly and helpful staff, walls perhaps a bit too thin /not much sound proofing- but I guess this is the case with most B&Bs in this part of London.

Compact but comfortable and very friendly
A warm and friendly welcome, very helpful staff, comfortable and modern room with air comfort control. Rooms are a bit tight - especially the bathrooms, but when in London who spends their time in the hotel room. This was our third or fourth stay here and it wont be our last.

Staff were friendly, helpful & welcoming. Attic room was very compact but adequate for 1 night stay. Despite being advised that the lift only went to the 3rd floor, & we would have to access the room via a flight of stairs, were not made aware of exactly how steep, narrow & winding the staircase actually was. In addition, there was no handrail on which to hold on to, and both ascending & descending the stairs with luggage made us feel anxious & concerned for our safety. The breakfast was described as continental, there was plenty of choice & food was good quality and replenished regularly.

Staff was extremely helpful. We were warmly received and shown our room and how to operate the hot water, windows, etc. We liked the three twin bed option for three people. Great value for the money. We would stay here again.

The location is excellent for a stay in London. Close to restaurants and the train station. Our room was very very small. The shower was difficult to get in and out of. Bed was comfortable. Great budget selection

Wonderful staff
Staff was wonderful, definitively the highlight of our stay. Area is very central as well, so all in all a comfortable location to stay in. The rooms were a bit below what we expected of the Best Western name, but by no means small - very spacious. The carpet didn't feel that clean though.

Mediocre hotel in London
We were first given a basement room. We asked to be moved and were moved to a 3rd floor room but a very, very small room. There was no control for heat and each morning after taking a shower we had to open the door because the room was too hot and humid to get dressed. The hotel location was terrific, the breakfast was mediocre, the bathroom was extra small and there was hardly any room to put a suitcase. We would spend more money for a better hotel in London next time.

Small room - typical of London for this price. No service really compared to other rooms/hotels in the area ….the drain in the shower didn’t drain well - so we had to turn off the shower while showering….and my guess is there had been some floods as the room smelled musty.

My daughter and I had an awesome stay at this cozy hotel. Just be aware, the rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny (not sure if all rooms are the same), there is barely room to turn around in the bathroom. But it’s clean, safe, and breakfast hit the spot! Super convenient to the Underground and rail stations. Very walkable to a lot of great spots too.
