Host did not show up with the keys
Arrived at the property but no host with the keys. Telephoned the manager who told me he could not get the keys from the Host. Spent 2 1/2 hours on phone to VRBO who offered a tiny room in a B&B in North Camden. It was awful. We didn't stay. VRBO have refunded the money.
