Lewisham is a vibrant area of South East London. the neighbourhood has a relaxed feel with great restaurants, cafes and bars. The house itself is centrally located but remains a peaceful base.
You will enter into the living room, and lounge area. The space is bright and your options of where to sit and relax are plentiful! Here begins your London Oasis stay.
Did I mention the piano?! In the lounge, you will find a piano, which you are free to use and enjoy. (Please do be respectful of the neighbours and please do not play this after 9pm).
From here you will continue through the open plan living area into the the dining space. The large wooden table is fantastic for socialising round with an evening meal or a place to start your day with a hearty breakfast.
Which leads nicely through to the kitchen. Very well equipped with both large (cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) and small appliances (microwave, kettle, toaster).
We can't ignore the glass windows in this space, they let in the sunlight brilliantly and help to provide a welcoming and homely atmosphere. Not only that, there is a door that opens out onto the private garden. The beautifully designed garden has a fabulous array of plant, flowers and trees, it really is a delightful space to relax on a warm summer evening. Complete with table and chairs, we invite you to enjoy this space as much as we do!
Up the first flight of stairs, you will find a WC half way up the stairs. At the top of the stairs is the family bathroom to the right of you. A large space, with free-standing shower, bath, WC and basin all in a traditional style and in keeping with the house.
Carrying on up to the second floor of the property, you will find the Master bedroom. The comfortable double bed will make for a peaceful night's sleep. You will find ample storage space here with several a chest of drawers and part of the wardrobe available for Guests to use. There is also a large mirror.
The second bedroom also features a double bed, a full length mirror and storage space with a fress standing wardrobe.

Guests have access to the full property other than a locked room on the first floor. Please note that this is a home and therefore has the Owner's belongings throughout the house. There will still be ample space for Guests to store belongings.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parties.
Guests are requested to please respect this much-loved home and treat it with the same care as guests would their own home.
Please note that this is a home and therefore has the Owner's belongings throughout the house.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
