Where to begin. Communication was lacking from the start. Even up to within 2 hours of checking in I had no email detailing check in process. I emailed several times and finally got a response. That should have been the first red flag. We arrived to the stated check in location only to find out that the address given to us wasn’t even the correct building this apartment was listed at. Major red flag. Finally received a call from the manager of this apartment. He met us outside the wrong apartment building. 2nd major red flag was that our apartment wasn’t ready due to some malfunction and that we would need to stay in a hotel for the night. That bit of information should have been given to us well before our check in time. The property manager took us next door to a hotel and proceeded to get us 2 rooms for 7 people. 2 rooms. 7 adults. Very unacceptable. We ended paying for 3 rooms because the property manager refused to do the right thing and provide rooms for us. I will say the hotel, Good Hotel, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Much more so than the property
