This property offers two en-suites Master Bedrooms, one of which comes with an additional balcony. Two other bedrooms share a large bathroom, an additional powder room is ideal for visitors and quick to use based on the ground floor. Its capacity is for 8 guests, the shared living room with access to the large garden makes your stay a super relaxed one.

The perfectly well equipped kitchen is ideal to prepare meals for an extended family or group.
1. Yellow Suite:
A super King size bed in a very spacious airy bright room with access to a private balcony. Two bottom to ceiling windows overlooking the garden. Massive built in wardrobes and a desk to work in privacy. An en-suite bathroom with stand alone shower makes it to a perfect Master bedroom
2. Green Suite:
Spectacular suite with a King size four poster bed. Large window facing the garden, massive wardrobe spaces and a desk are set up to keep full privacy from the shared spaces. An en-suite bathroom with stand alone shower makes it to a perfect 2nd Master bedroom
3. Yellow Room:
Comfortable large room overlooking the quiet street with a king size bed. Massive built in wardrobes and a large desk to work on the computer in an airy remote room. Shared bathroom on 2nd floor.
4. Blue Room:
Bright quiet bedroom with a king size bed and shared bathroom on the same level. A small desk is pretty perfect to work in private.

I am happy to help make reservations and recommend restaurants, bars and drinks, plans for London, etc… Furthermore, please ask for advice in case you are looking for a baby-sitter / nanny during your stay.

Guest access
The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.
All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, china, glasses, and cutlery.
Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dishwasher are provided for 3 nights stay.

My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs

My standard check-in time is from 3PM, but I always try to adapt to my guests if I don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. Me or my assistant will be waiting for you in the house at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24/7 reception so it's very important for me to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra fee for late check-in to be paid in cash on your arrival.

• All bed sizes are given in UK sizes which might differ from your countries sizes
• Feel free to smoke in the garden - garden only policy
• Please be friendly to neighbors
• We are happy to provide a baby cot, please bring your own baby linen accessories
• To protect your health and to keep my property spotlessly clean - please note my “NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE” policy.
• Disputes and Chargebacks must 1st be addressed between host and guest. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, all reprocessing fees and all associated legal fees may be applied.
