This entire 1-bedroom (with high quality mattress), 1 bathroom apartment with large living room, dining area, and kitchen is newly renovated with unique furnishings and décor. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, Universal Multi Plug Adapter US / AUS / EU to UK 5 pin, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, toaster, washing machine and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

The price will also comprise a long-term discount (for stays longer than 7 nights). And longer then 30 nights even more. The rates include all taxes and utilities, services from WIFI to gas, electricity. No extra costs to pay.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

The price given is all inclusive of all utility charges, taxes, there are no extras.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a 32-inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our coffee press. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

One beautiful double bedroom (double size bed) for peaceful nights with integrated storage and hanging unit, fitted carpet, complete silence, integrated storage and hanging unit, fitted carpet.

A bath can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.

THE AREA
The apartment is exceptionally located in Camden Town market well known for its open-air market area with countless shops, pubs and restaurants with its range of shops and restaurants. Camden street markets are London's 4th most visited tourist attraction and comprise Camden Lock market, Buch Street market, Stables market, Camden Lock and an indoor market in the Electric Ballroom where you can find everything from arts, crafts, antiques to alternative clothing. After you have been out shopping and walking through the markets, there are an infinite nightlife venue such as the Electric Ballroom, Jazz Café, KOKO, Roundhouse, Underworld, The Worlds End, Barfly, Proud Galleries and many more where you will enjoy the last music delights, The Regent's canal will take you to the northern edge of Regent's Park which is home of London Zoo. Other well-known attractions in the area include Madame Tussauds, Leicester Square, Abbey Road Studios (St John's Wood) and Oxford Street.

There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking in our area here. Complete specific detailed information will be sent with your booking confirmation and arrival instructions and you can look up online too.

Terrific transit links!!!
The two weeks my husband and I spent in Marco’s Camden flat flew by as we travelled all over London on one of the many Camden Road buses. In the neighbourhood we loved the High Street’s M&S Food Hall bakery, the Chicken and leek pie and Wednesday Quiz Nights at the Colonel Fawcett pub, and the ease of transit whether by tube, overland or bus. The apartment had a comfortable bed and sleeper sofa with top quality sheets and towels. There was plentiful hot water and good water pressure for our showers. The appliances are all full size, but we only used the fridge and microwave. (I don’t cook when I’m on vacation.) Do pack ear plugs, though, if you’re a light sleeper as there is another holiday rental flat above you. Thanks go to Marco and his team for quickly responding to all of our questions.

Camden Town Retreat
Just out of the busy bussle of the Camden area. Walk to everything, even King's Cross, about 25 minutes along the Canal. Quiet oasis. Colonel Fawcett pub within baseball range. Stylish accommodation with everything you need. Made several dinners, Sainsbury's a 5 minute walk away. Full grocery store! Needed when one stays in London for a time. £££. Comfortable and surprising. The entran seece needs a facelift, but inside it's solid. Marco and his team were timely when I mentioned some pot lights out. Done. Perfect for 2 or 3 . Could handle more but why? Would certainly stay again, but the Planet is large and one needs to look beyond. Comfortable stay...change entrance, Team!!

Delightful stay!
Delightful stay at this lovely flat in Camden with my wife and kids, recently refurbished - much better than the actual pics, great design with a fireplace that is not shown in pics. Location couldn't have been better, in very quiet residential area only a5-10min the vibrant center of Camden, the bustling markets , it provided convenient access to all the local attractions and amenities.There are a lot of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Moreover, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the living space was spacious with a large comfortable sofa bed for our children. Host's incredible support and responsiveness. They were quick to respond and provided detailed instructions for check-in, making the process seamless. They were always available to assist with any queries and ensured we had everything we needed. Great place, great area, great host. Highly recommended!

Nice, quiet, good area
Marco and crew are among the most attentive managers we have had the pleasure of dealing with. The flat is not luxurious, as is stated, but perfectly fine with comfortable bed, sofa, etc. The location is excellent with a note that it is right under the Overground, but which didn't bother us at all. The outside of the building could use work. We will happily use this property again when staying in this area. We are rating this 5* based on our overall experience and with grateful thanks to Marco.

I booked this stay for work colleagues and they arrived after an overnight flight from the US. The flat was dirty, stained, with mouse droppings and smelled. Unacceptable and completely misrepresented the flat.

A little disappointing
We found the flat to be in a pretty dodgy area and the front of the flat had garbage on the footpath and overall looked shabby. We also had to make a stop before to pickup the keys from a convenience store which was weird as we were expecting someone to be there to meet us. The heat was a problem also with it being very cold in the main bedroom, the radiator got barely hot enough and we were pretty cold throughout the night. The location is central though with just a few minutes walk to the tube station and on a central line which was convenient. The host was as helpful as he could be and was communicative but the lack of heat in the bedroom and the shabbiness of the exterior are dealbreakers for us.

The property was exactly as described, extremely clean and perfect for the two of us. Overall, it was quiet although one night, the neighbors allowed their child to be noisy in the hall. Having a kitchen and washer was a huge help to us. The location is close to public transportation (overground, underground and bus stops). There's also a large grocery store (Sainsbury) within easy walking distance. The refrigerator and freezer in the apartment were quite large and easily held our groceries. There are good restaurants nearby. Casa Tua was our favorite and we also enjoyed King of Falafel for a quick take-home meal. The coffee shops are also very nice. We especially enjoyed The Living Room on Camden Road. Poppie's was cute and had very good fish and chips. Camden High Street is a short walk away where there are lots of food and shopping choices. Marco and the management team were wonderful to work with. They are truly the most organized group I've met when renting a VRBO! They sent a packet of information as soon as we completed our reservation. They responded to all of my questions quickly and were available to help, if we needed them during our stay.

This apartment was perfect for me and my two close friends, as long as two adults are okay sharing a bed and having the third person sleep on the pull out couch bed. Check in process can seem tedious with the documentation but Marco and team are very commmunicative and helpful throughout the process leading up to and during the stay!

Apartment was much nicer inside than the view from outside.
The property is located close to Camden tube station and market. Quite easy to find and lots of restaurants and supermarket on doorstep. Area where flat was located was a bit shady. Eg under a rusty railway bridge but was nice inside. Decorated and relatively clean. We have no complaints about the stay

Dirty would not recomend!
When we pulled up in car we thought the driver had the wrong address.it was under a bridge and the area was dirty. She lead us down a hallway with carpet so old it was missing in spots. Then she leads us into the flat it was very cluttered and dirty. There was an old blanket covering couch that had iron burns and dirt on it didn’t lift up to see what was under it. There had been a leak in ceiling above door that had yet to be repaired. The bathroom door jam was dirty and missing a lot of paint bathtub had hair on tub. We took a shower and moved to hotel. Called leasing agent was informed to email Marco he said he would look into and haven’t heard back as of 10 days ago. I wish I could post pictures so you know flat is not as nice as pictures.

Avoid in the Summer, Annoying Manager, Cluttered
The property manager will send you a series of long, painstakingly detailed emails which makes sure you know the HOUSE RULES, one of the email titles was even in all caps, like you are being yelled at before arriving. We were quiet as requested, the kid upstairs starts running around at 7:30 am. We were not met by someone to be let into the apartment, despite confirming with the contact provided upon arrival at LHR 90 minutes prior to our on-time arrival at the flat. We had to find free WiFi luggage in tow and call, only then did they send someone. Upon arrival we could not recognize the place because the front is so overgrown you have to duck under the rose bushes to get down the front walk. There are only 3 windows in the flat and you are advised to keep them closed while you are away, and the front window should also be kept shut at night while sleeping. This combined with the fact that the due to a problem with the heating system the radiators in the bathroom and the living room get hot whenever someone takes a shower. I informed the property manager, but they did not fix the problem while we were there despite sending a repair man. We did get a 2nd fan after requesting but that took 48 hours. Avoid in the summer! Finally, the flat and location are alright. It serves well enough as a place to crash. It however, does not look like the pictures which were clearly taken when first renovated. The furniture and kitchen renovation were done very cheaply (Ikea) and show distinct signs of wear. The chairs feel like they cannot support your weight. Cluttered! the pictures show a flat devoid of clutter. There is no closet, so everything is stored in corners of the flat (vacuum cleaner, day bed for kids, 5 gallon tub of tile grout, etc...). None of which is shown in the pictures.

Fine place but property management was very difficult to work with
The flat itself is fine but the amount of emails you receive before arrival is ridiculous. It adds so much stress to your trip trying to sort through them all. We also had a man show up asking where a leak was that he was sent to fix (we had no idea where and neither did he) and then were told by the management later that day to stop getting water out of the shower when no curtain was available and barely any part of the shower wall - basically impossible! We also arrived and had to tell them our arrival time, they knew when we were coming and they showed up an hour late. We stood outside with all of our luggage waiting to get in. A lot of things that were communicated beforehand were never followed through. It was all very unorganised! Cable was also listed as part of the flat but the cable box has now gone missing which I had to tell them. I don’t recommend staying. Getting something else will make your trip go much more smoothly without dealing with all the emails and added on requirements you find out later.

Pleasant apartment
This was a nice apartment for my daughter and I during our visit to London. It was bright, nicely decorated, well stocked, clean and spacious. Both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed were comfortable (though the fitted sheet for the sofa bed was too small, but worked for just one person). It isn't the greatest part of town, and we were initially a little nervous about our choice, but it turned out to be fine. It is only a couple blocks from a large grocery store and about 3 blocks from a tube station which was very handy. There were also a number of small restaurants nearby which looked like they would be quite good. There is a window in the bedroom that needs a thicker shade for more privacy - especially with the lights on, but I threw a large scarf over it and it worked out ok. Our train got in late and we got a bit lost walking there from King's Cross train station so were very thankful that the person that checked us in waited for us and was helpful in getting us acquainted with the apartment and the local area. Overall a pleasant stay in this apartment.
