Overall the stay was ok. Although Check-in was time consuming, so I recommend completing all the ID checks and electronic door key configuration before you arrive as the reception desk cannot help if you've booked via Charles Hope. The apartment is super spacious but the bathroom smelt like smoke and the bath needed a bit of a clean. The bath plug needed a new seal as the bath water didn't stay filled. The location was great, 10 minutes walk from canary wharf tube and tian tian Market was across the road which is awesome. Overall not a bad stay but could be improved 👍

A lovely 1 bedroom apartment with Balcony, great location to main canary wharf, shops and tubes, very clean, very comfortable bed and really enjoyed my stay . One challenge was communication for payment assume gap between exedia and property agent made communication challenging. However direct communication with property was great, proactive and responsive. Thankyou
