NOTE The property offers two of the bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, sink down a staircase to a lower ground floor but still part of the house. This is particularly useful if you have teenagers, young children needing quite, two family’s or guests that like their own space and privacy. There is a door that can be locked to separate the two areas if required. The front door can also be accessed without going thru the main part of the house disturbing other guests at sleep if late back at night.
GROUND FLOOR The open-plan design on the ground floor creates a sociable area with modern kitchen/dining/living space, white Corrian kitchen worktops, breakfast bar with seating for four and beautiful wooden floors provide a light, modern space. The dining situated in the bay window had a stunning 1960’s Murano glass chandelier above the table with seating for seven and with an extra chair eight at a squeez. A kitchen, comprising of a BOSCH appliances, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, filtered water and ice dispenser and triple bi-folding doors to the small courtyard garden, Chromecast on Smart TV.
FIRST FLOOR The first floor has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one is en-suite in the master.
Bedroom 1 is the master suite with an ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage space with a free standing bath, large walk-in shower, loo, double basin and heated towel rail, superking-sized bed, wooden floors with a rug.
Bedroom 2 is carpeted, has built-in storage, a large king size bed and seperate large shower room located directly next to it. Both first floor bedrooms have blinds.
SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 3 The carpeted second floor contains a very good sized bright attic room with a standard double bed, roof Velux window, floor to ceiling windows and door leading onto a small sunny roof terrace with a nice view, chest of draws and an en suite with walk-in shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail.

Housekeeping £15 per hour, please confirm if you require this service in advance. The girls can do as little or as much as needed.
