This was a great experience. Great location and great staff! Our heater was broken in the room on a very cold day but thankfully the staff was very quick and able to get a portable heater that worked fine. Also, the pub downstairs does get very loud so just an fyi if you are a light sleeper.

We walked with our luggage from the Hammersmith Station to the hotel. The hotel was not too difficult to find. Well placed with shops and some dining options in the vicinity. The rooms were a tad cramped for us as we were 2 adults and 2 children with 8 pieces of luggage, but that it to be expected from an 'Express' hotel. The breakfast was okay, however, their newest addition (the hashbrowns) could've been crispier. Aside from that, the room was clean as well as the main reception area and staff were kind.

My stay was short but the property is close to nearly everything one might want to make an holiday fun- restaurant, stores, movies even a train station so you move around quickly. It was a great place to stay. The one thing though is, the stafff can be more accommodating and warm. Otherwise a lovely place to stay and I would stay again.

Excellent family stay.
The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and seemed like it had all been recently furnished. The bathroom in particular was lovely. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and staff were constantly replenishing. The hotel was well situated.
