Rapidly developing Battersea is conveniently located in South West London, just on the banks of the River Thames. The ever popular Battersea Park is located on the eastern fringes of Battersea with various facilities including the Peace Pagoda, children’s petting zoo, boating lake, all weather sport pitches and the recently restored Victorian fountain display. The retired, art deco Battersea Power Station, with 4 towering chimneys, dominates the skyline. There is also Battersea Arts Centre, in the 1890s town hall, presents comedy, music, and drama, and New Covent Garden is a huge wholesale market that sells flowers and produce.
Battersea has excellent transport links to central London with Clapham Junction being the area’s main train station providing links to London Victoria, Vauxhall, London Waterloo and further afield destinations such as Portsmouth, Weymouth, Croydon and Gatwick Airport. The Northern Line extension will also provide an additional boost to the area, creating two new stations on the extension with direct links to central London.
Just 10 minutes away from either Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town Station by foot. You can also order a private hire or UBER to pick up/drop off at the apartment.
London City Airport and London Heathrow Airport are also 1-hour away by car.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
