Welcome to our home! This lovely, high ceiling, converted period property with view of Centre Court is located on the 1st floor with stair access. The spacious and bright living room feature a sofa and TV - a wonderful place to relax, flooded with light from the tall windows and overlooking Wimbledon Village. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a lovely home cooked meal, including an oven, stove and microwave, along with basic kitchenware, a coffee machine and dishwasher!
The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite shower room. Both bathrooms have been beautifully designed to a high standard, with towels and toiletries included during your stay, along with fresh, hotel-quality linen on the bed before your arrival.
Guests will have access to the entire home.

The area is full of green spaces, and of course, perfect for the tennis lovers! We are close to tennis, shops and amenities of Wimbledon Village. When champions aren’t claiming titles, this west London destination displays a quiet side more suited to village-life than big-city racket.

There is a bus stop just outside the flat. The nearest tube stations are Wimbledon, Wimbledon Park and Southfields. Uber and taxi services are readily available in London.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 incurs a GBP 30 surcharge, and after midnight, it incurs GBP 50. The property must confirm all requests for late arrival.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a GBP 300 smoking fee at a minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
