The house is built on three floors. On the ground floor is the living/ dining area and kitchen, everything you need for cooking.
On the next floor are one standard and one large double room separated by a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have a standard-size double bed, wardrobe, desk/dressing table and drawers.
On the top floor is two more standard double bedrooms separated by a bathroom where there is a bath. Both rooms include a standard-size double bed, wardrobe, desk/dressing table and drawers. You will also find on this floor the boiler cupboard, which includes the panel to control the hot water and heating.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests can access the property through a key lock system.
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
It is a vibrant area a few minutes from Printworks London which is a famous London music venue.
Just a 2 minute walk there is also the the lovely Greenland Dock area. There you can take a leisurely walk along the Thames river side and visit the Surrey Dock farm.
The flat is mins from a Lidl, a large Tesco and Surrey Quays Shopping Centre inclusive of a cinema and bowling alley.
Ideally located for quick access to the City and Canary Wharf via the Jubilee Line with Canada Water tube station just 10minute walk away.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
