The room was quiet and clean, which made it very comfortable. For a price under £60, it’s an excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for affordable and quality accommodation.

Cozy and clean little property. The owner was very amenable and understanding of last minute changes and requests during my stay. Absolutely a great stat for anyone looking for a stay in Edgeware.

Not a bad place to stay if you're looking for somewhere as a base to go into the city. We were attending a concert at Wembley Stadium and it was fine. A bit noisy on the main road, though.

Clean and comfortable. Nice outside seating area and free on site parking. Nearest tube is a 10 min bus ride but Mill Hill Broadway is just 5 mins walk. Breakfast is do it yourself, cereals toast, fruit juice etc.

A beautiful home in a lovely area. Very close to transportation links (the bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away), and plenty of dining options. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, which made my stay comfortable. I really like the amount of healthy breakfast options provided by the owner. Highly recommend!

It was an absolute nightmare and I realy got upset about the room size, cleanness and staff’s behaviour!! Bed sheet was smaller than the actual mattress even though it’s been said that the bed is king size but it was a worn out and shabby, flat pillows and filthy room throughout. It is really disappointing to see how those misleading and fake reviews on Hotels.com ruined my night!!!

Lovely little find
Lovely place to stay. Clean and fresh except the kettle, which had water left in it and bits floating. Also one mug was chipped, which is never nice. The pillows were a little flat but we discovered another in the closet but an extra one each would have been appreciated. The breakfast choice was brilliant. Cereal, pastries, bread for toasting, jam, orange juice, coffee. If the above minor discrepancies were put right i would have given 5 stars. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean bathroom. Room was ok. Only 1 small bottle of drinking water provided for 2 people on a 2 night stay. No courtesy communication on how to contact if nobody was there to greet us. We had no way of contacting the host and we waited around for a good while until someone staying in the property helped us.

Absolutely amazing! Lovely property and comfy bed with Netflix on the tv. Wonderful communal garden and complimentary breakfast every morning from 6:30am-10am. Couldn’t recommend enough

Check in was relatively straightforward. Room is clean and spacious and generous check out time. Only reason to mark thia accommodation down is the fact that the doors let in a hell of a lot of noise and a guy decided to have a very load conversation/argument up until 1am!! Not sure if this was a regular but a curfew would be handy!!

I loved the rooms space and the other facilities that came with it. Nice and quiet area to get away to will deffo be booking again. Only issue was the check in. This needs to be much clearer as I had no way to contact to property owner and had to disturb one of the residents in the accommodation who was kind enough to help.

It had no front desk and no phone number. Luckily a cleaner let us in, had she not been there im not sure how we would have got in. It wasnt possible to turn off the bathroom light in our room, there was no light switch. The property details need to show the bed is up against a wall so can only be vacated from one side, not ideal. Some fruit provided at breakfast would be nice and there was no juice available. On the plus side it was in a quiet area and relatively close to a tube station.
