INTRODUCTION
Renovated just weeks ago, this bright and spacious flat has everything you need for a short to mid-term stay, including a fully equipped bespoke kitchen and bathroom. The hotel-quality king-size mattress is situated on a raised platform and can be enclosed with block-out curtains for privacy. The sofa can be easily converted into a small single bed, and we can provide a mattress topper, extra pillows, and sheets for added comfort with prior notice. In addition, a dedicated office desk and ultra high-speed WiFi make it perfect for remote work. If you would like to use the sofa bed as a bed, we will provide a high-quality mattress topper and bed sheets to make it just like a single bed with prior notice.

NOTE: The hallway of the building is being revamped including new cupboards and new carpets. As a result, the hallway may look a bit unfinished. Guest Access:
Guest will have sole access to the entire studio apartment.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
