    Terrible stay
    We had booked for Flat 6 but were given Flat 5 which did not look like the pictures. Paint peeling off in the bathroom. No window shutters. Patched up couch. No hot water or heating when we got there, we had to troubleshoot the issue with the landlord. No internet. Landlord got us to connect to a neighbors wifi as a solution. No pots or pans to cook in. Dishwasher was leaking everywhere when trying to use it as all utensils were dirty. Toaster and kettle where not used as they were too dirty. Had to cut our trip short due to the accommodation. Manage to get 2 out of 4 days refund but a life time of terrible memories.

    Lovely place,
    Stopped at this apartment and was able to walk to train station and into London very easily and then was half an hour away from Harry Potter studios so worked perfectly for us
