Welcome to our beautiful family home in London. We hope you enjoy your stay!
This is a family home and therefore everything is perfectly suited for a family holiday. We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer being central in Wimbledon & with excellent Transport into Central London (Northern Line, District Line and Overground). Wimbledon Common is located close by too for lovely walks.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
- The kitchen has an American fridge freezer, range oven, boiling-water tap, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine. This house was renovated in 2019 and recently re-painted 2024.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a Smart TV den in the kitchen extension and a separate adult lounge with Smart TV (including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc.), excellent internet access and a beautiful south-west facing garden set up for BBQs. It also has a small trampoline, swing & slide for young children. Several Alexa Echo's and Dot's are dotted around the house for you to enjoy.
This house has 4 bedrooms:
- 1 King master bedroom with en-suite
- 1 King bedroom
- 1 kids bedroom (single bed and a trundle single that pulls out underneath if required)
- 1 kids bedroom with a bunk bed (built-in and strong so adults can sleep in it)
- We have a travel cot available for a baby (on request)
All beds have excellent mattresses and toppers to enjoy & all bedrooms have blackout capability to ensure you get a well-deserved break.
There are 3 bathrooms:
- A downstairs toilet and sink
- A main family bathroom with toilet and sink and a powerful over the bath shower
- The third bathroom is en-suite to the master in the loft conversion with walk-in shower, toilet & sink.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. If there is anything else you require please let us know.
The garden has a new built-in seating area from Summer'22 which is shaded by the apple tree and a lovely place to chill out with a drink.
Nearby:
- Large Morrison's supermarket less than a 5 minute walk, small Sainsbury's 2 min walk. Large access to restaurants, bars, pubs cafes & takeaways all within 30 second walk.
Please do not book this if your are an all adult group planning any kind of drinking / party /gathering. It is against the rules and you will be asked to cancel the booking. This is a relaxed family property.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am but please ask if other times are needed and we will try to accommodate (there may be a small fee)
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are no parking facilities available at the property, other than pay & display on the road outside.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No parties, No hens, No stags (this includes all parties, baby showers/Birthdays etc.) Quiet groups only who are named on the booking, this is a family area.
- Only people listed on the booking can stay/sleep at the property.
- If any rules are broken this will incur a fee and it will be reported to the listing channel.
For young children & babies: Travel cot, high-chair, Toilet steps, books & toys are available. 2 toilets are fitted with children seat as an option.
The price of this property is intentionally lower than the going rate in the area. Whilst we will ensure the house is lovely & clean, tidy and welcoming we are unable to remove all of our personal possessions e.g. clothes in some wardrobes, kids books and toys etc. We will ensure you have space to unpack but please do be aware of this when you book. Families are more than welcome to play with our kid’s toys.
