Excellent location
We are a family of five. Two adults with 20, 18 and 17 "kids." The location of this flat was fabulous. Tube, major bus station and three grocery stores all within five minutes. There is a massive Food Hall and a few pubs within about 10 mins. Sitting on the balcony every day and looking over the Thames, Big Ben/Parliament and the London eye was some of the best part. Everything is walking distance from the flat. Gerry was great with communication and made everything easy. Next time back we will stay here again.

Great location to see everything
We had a wonderful stay! Gerry was a fantastic host, with great communication. She even let us check in a couple of hours early so we could stash our luggage. Apartment was exactly as described and super clean! Mere steps from Vauxhall station - which allowed us to easily get everywhere. There is also an Uber boat stop at the apartment complex which was super convenient. We stayed 6 nights and would stay again. The only thing that could have used improvement was the pillows and mattresses, but we made it work and the apartment is still a bargain for the value it gives. Thanks Gerry!

Location is excellent for Tubes and trains. At street level of complex is a Tesco's (food store) and a Pret for coffee & small meal. Right off Vauxhall bridge on upper floor was mostly quiet. Some items within apartment could use freshing up i.e. rugs, towels.

Loved the amazing view down the Thames. Great location by Victoria Line tube. Walking distance to Battersea and Westminster. 7th floor meant little traffic noise. Could do with some cozier pillows! Host was excellent in communicating before and during our stay. Very friendly. Great trip!

Amazing views and location
We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. The accuracy to the description of the apartment was on point. Amazing location. We had both train lines right at our door step. Tesco and cafe beneath us which made it a lot easier. I would definitely recommend this apartment to families. Hosts were great and communication was excellent. Perfect location
Tube and bus station beside the complex also Restaurants and grocery store. Gerry was in touch with me and helped me many times. Very prompt and friendly. The apartment is nice and the balcony looks across the Thames and you can see the London Eye. Highly recommend.

It’s all about the view
The view of the Thames is very impressive - the living room is large and comfortable. Bedding and towels are old and tired and discoloured . The dishwasher was very smelly when we arrived . There was no plug in the sink. Second bedroom is cramped . The area is a business area- no character. The tube is very close.

This apartment is a hidden gem.
The Host Gerry is responsive pre-arrival and if anything crops up during the stay. Gerry has created a very lovely home as a base for London exploring. Working with her alleviated my worries about booking from a private owner, but all went well. This owner & apartment is highly recommended It’s a safe neighborhood. Located just steps away from Vauxhall Tube & bus station with National rail on the next block. Waitrose grocery store is across the street. The view is fantastic from the 7th floor overlooking Thames, Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Bridge and London Eye. A very relaxing way to spend an evening. Thank you again.

Great location in a nice building
My parents and I stayed here for four nights and it worked perfectly for what we needed. Gerry was incredibly responsive and kind and gave us clear check in instructions that worked like a charm. Everything is close by the apartment: tube station, grocery store, cash machine, even a nice restaurant on those days you want a convenient meal that is literal steps from the front door of the building. The apartment itself was nice too - fantastic size and in a great building with an elevator that was perfect after long days of sightseeing. Thanks for a great stay, Gerry!

Good Base For London
Stayed with my wife and kids (teens). We found it to be a very convenient base to explore London with the Vauxhall tube station steps away. Also very close was the station for a train to Windsor. Comfortable and well equipped place to stay with a good view of the river. Owner stayed in touch to make sure we had what we needed and graciously took care of a special request. Communication was excellent and we would love to go back when we get the chance to visit London again.

Great base for London stay!
We have just enjoyed 8 weeks in this spacious and comfortable apartment. It’s location is very convenient overlooking the Thames and has the bus, underground and train nearby. In a secure building it is serviced by elevators and the comprehensive amenities are as listed. The check-in/out work very well and Gerry is readily contactable There are small supermarkets nearby which we found adequate for everyday items with larger versions within walking distance. Great London Home Away from Home
First of all, book this property now if you can! Gerry is a pleasure to work with, very personable and easy to contact. She even contacted us upon arrival to make sure everything was in order. The location is wonderful- you can enjoy your early morning coffee (or tea) while gazing out at the Thames and beyond. Our stay coincided with the Jubilee and we could see the light show from the balcony. The apartment is spacious, immaculate, and just as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus the Tesco mini was a quick walk across the plaza, and a large Sainsbury's about 10 minutes walk. There's also a Pret a manger on site. Tube is just out the door, and train and bus station just across the road. Check in/out was simple, and Gerry was most accommodating throughout. If you're visiting Central London, this is an excellent home base.

London at your doorstep
My sister and I traveled to England from the States to celebrate her retirement this summer, ending our trip with a week in London at Gerry’s condo overlooking the Thames. What a hub of activity! As other guests have noted, the location of Gerry’s place is right next to the tube, across the street from the bus station and national rail and on the backside of the complex there is a wharf to catch the river bus! Get the London tube app, bus app and river bus schedule on your phone. We were able to navigate our way to all the major sights on the tube, bus and boat using the apps and our Oyster cards that we purchased before we left home. Checking in and out with Gerry’s instructions was simple. Her condo is very roomy and comfortable The balcony has a wonderful view, not only if the river, but also the hustle and bustle of people moving about their business in great numbers using all forms of transportation - entertaining to watch! Then at night things turn quieter and the river lights up. Just beautiful. There is a wonderful small grocery across from the bus station that had everything we needed, including fresh meat, eggs and produce, and Gerry ‘s kitchen was outfitted just fine for cooking breakfast and those nights when we ate dinner in. We highly recommend Gerry’s condo for your London trip - it has location, comfort, convenience and value way beyond the expensive London hotel room! Doreen and Becky
